 Excel Management and Leadership
The Management and Leadership Network (MLN) in partnership with the NI Chamber of Commerce and Industry present the “Excel Award” annually in recognition of Management and Leadership excellence in Northern Ireland.
MLN chairman Mark Ennis said the organsation hoped to find examples of good management and leadership practice in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). “The winner of this prestigious award will be a clear example of someone developing their own management and leadership capabilities and applying these to the performance of their company,”
The Winner of the Excel Award 2005 was announced at the NI Chamber of Commerce and Industry President’s Banquet at which Michael Portillo was the guest speaker in The Ramada Hotel, 23rd November.
DFPF Ltd were amongst the finalists for this prestigious award scarcely missing out on first place to Bridget Duggan and Connor McGuckin from Connect Engineering.
With regards the development needs of DFPF Ltd the real focus and growth of the team took place during 2004 when a number of networking events were attended by the team to promote relationships and develop working partnerships. The team also joined a number of community and representative groups to keep abreast of local initiatives and future strategies.
