Learndirect meets The Apprentice
Sir Alan Sugar’s no-nonsense approach to business and his ruthless boardroom appraisals made The Apprentice a smash-hit. Not only is The Apprentice great entertainment, it showed exactly how key skills can make the difference between success and failure in business.
Learndirect have developed a series of three short courses that deliver new skills in three areas of business: Leadership & Management, Negotiating, and Selling, Pitching & Presenting.

You know it’s vital to keep your skills up to date if you want to grow your business. But finding the time to train and a programme of learning that’s relevant to your organisation can be a challenge! That’s why we’ve developed the Blended Learning Programme. It offers a unique mixture of online learning and classroom sessions:

• Online learning means you can learn at a time, place and pace that suits you – during the evenings or weekends at home, or during quiet periods or breaks at work

• Traditional training sessions delivered by experienced training providers. From finding a convenient local venue to selecting a date and time that fits in with the demands of your business, the sessions are designed to minimise workplace disruption.

These courses offer a unique blend of face-to-face training and online learning which you can follow at a time, place and pace that suits you and your business. The course is part of a series based on the hit TV show The Apprentice. Learners are given a copy of The Apprentice: Leadership & Management interactive learning DVD-ROM to take away and will also enjoy three months’ access to a selection of titles in the eCourses range from learndirect. Classroom sessions are based on material from the DVD and are led by an experienced trainer, who will deliver new business skills in an enjoyable and motivating way.

This course investigates the sales and presentation skills that separate the exceptional sales people from the run-of-the-mill.

Negotiating to Win
