Q: If I am not satisfied, can I claim a refund?
A: People1st online’s refund policy is explained in the Terms & Conditions link. If you have started the course you are not entitled to any refund. If you have enrolled but not started the course, you have seven days in which to claim a refund without giving any reason. People1st online do not give partial refunds.
